Biographical Info:

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (Biochemistry) from Usmanu Danfodio University Sokoto. Thereafter I obtained a Master degree (Biotechnology and Management) and PhD (Bioscience/ Cancer biotherapeutics) from University of East London and University of Nottingham, respectively. I joined the academic profession in 2010 with Kebbi State University of Science and Technology acquiring administrative and research experience. In 2021 I joined Kampala International University in Uganda as a Senior Lecturer and Assistant Dean (Faculty of Biomedical Sciences) as a Volunteer lecturer with the Ministry of foreign affairs. I have won research grant, postdoctoral fellowship and supervised several MSc students. My research interest in centered on herbal medicine and cancer biotherapeutics.
